Sia,
This is a toughy. Lots of snow, conifers, wide horizon. I think I see a sign, but can’t read it. Sure feels like N America, so I am going to guess the Colorado Rockies.
I know what it is NOT. The Southern Hemisphere. Today was our first day of Autumn & not a sign of snow to be seen.
So, it has to be the Northern Hemisphere. Going, north, going north – Alaska.
This is tough when Laura and Mary can’t guess. And neither can I. It certainly is beautiful, whereever it is. And I can’t wait to find out.
Hummm Having skied in South Lake Tahoe, CA and Reno, Neveda, I’d say it’s up there. On the way to Reno would be my best guess since the trees are so far apart. (Hwy 50 toward So. Lake Tahoe is more narrow roads for the most part. But………)
Oh, my. I’ll say Wyoming simply because I have not seen that one mentioned. (But I really don’t think it is Wyoming.)
Somewhere in the Pacific Northwest, because the trees are fir trees which are the most popular out that way. That’s what I love about places like Oregon – it looks like snowy Christmas trees everywhere
I’ll say Oregon, but could be anywhere in the NW.
I love to travel, it’s my favorite past time!
Sorry I’m running late this week, as I had a sick child to take care of.
Lake Tahoe is the correct response. Sandy is the closest.
Come back on Friday as Elena Dillion shares her vacation with us.
