This is what I found this at the top of my stairs on Friday afternoon, at the end of a long week of piano teaching. It won’t help me pay the mortgage but a hundred-dollar bill wouldn’t have made me any happier. Over the years, I have collected a boxful of cards, notes and artwork I have received from my students and their parents; one of these days, I intend to organize them into a scrapbook. Such wonderful memories!
It’s just one of the perks of being a piano teacher. Have you received any great job-related perks recently?
